At Pediatric Dentistry of Florence, we believe that dental care isn’t a luxury – it’s essential to your child’s overall health. We want every child to have access to quality dental care, including those without dental benefits. We are committed to providing that care in our office, and that’s why we’re excited to announce the Pawsitive Smile Advantage Program!
The program is an affordable alternative to dental insurance, that is open to all uninsured patients who commit to regular 6-month cleanings. The program gives your family access to savings and benefits on treatment all year long.
Benefits
Besides the benefit of a healthy mouth and teeth, the Pawsitive Smile Advantage Program offers many free or discounted treatments and services, such as:
- Free exams and cleanings (twice a year)
- Free radiographs (as needed)
- Free fluoride (twice a year)
- 20% discount on other procedures
Rates
Dental insurance can be extremely pricey. That’s why it’s important to us to offer an affordable program that is open to all patients. Membership plan rates are as follows:
Terms and Conditions
- No yearly maximum and no waiting period on anything.
- One-time $25 registration fee per child.
- Yearly contract automatically renews unless cancelled.
- Release from the contract is available at 6-month intervals if you are unsatisfied, obtain insurance, or move out of the area.
- Fees are due at time of service, less a 20% discount, as applicable.
- Discount is only available for services provided in our office. A few procedures and products, including third-party sedation fees, are not eligible for discounts.
- Family plans can only cover dependents in the household.
- Coverage must be continuous. Rates are subject to change yearly.
- Monthly installments are available.
